Welcome to Strength Beyond Strength and thank you for trusting me with your fitness journey! If you’re looking for overall health, strength, functionality and to burn fat, you’ve come to the right place. If you’re looking to add a ton of muscle and to bulk up, I’m not your guy. Although you’re more than welcome to stay. If those happen to be your goals, I will be more than happy to suggest some other great people to help you achieve those goals. These workouts will be focused mainly on workouts you can do at home with simple kettlebells, dumbbells, resistance bands and body weight. I have a feeling we’ll evolve over time but for now, we’ll keep it as simple and as fun as possible!
