This is my 4 week, 3 days a week kettlebell shred that combines both strength training movements that targets multiple muscle groups and High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) done Tabata style. Rest periods are all kept to 60 seconds to not allow your heart rate to drop too much in between sets. Each workout will also include an optional finisher circuit if you still have more in the tank and want to push even further. If you’re ready to torch some fat, Let’s Get It!
