If you're new to working out or you've just been away from it for awhile and getting back to it, this 6 Week Beginner program is for you! This program blends kettlebell, dumbbell, and body weight exercises with an Upper, Lower, and Full Body split. We're only doing 3 workouts a week in order to have ample recovery time. This can easily be done at home or the gym. If you're feeling like adding in another day, try one of my Xtra workouts that focus on specific muscle groups. LFG!!!
